So, let’s see…Friday, Jen and I rolled down to New Brunswick to meet up with Michelle, Stacy and Jodi at Nova Terra, for Michelle’s birthday. It was definitely an awesome time chilling out with them, and sipping on Mojitos. Saturday, it was up early for breakfast with Jeff and Mindy who were in From DC. We all met at the Malibu diner in Hoboken, and then Jen and I ventured out in the rain to get some last minute christmas wrapping stuff. Most of the day was spent wrapping gifts and watching “The Sweetest Thing”, which was pretty funny, although quite a bit raunchier than I expected. That night, we rolled out to the city to meet up with Rita and Rana to see the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, which was absolutely amazing. After the show, we all had some Thai food and then had a couple drinks at some random bar in midtown. Sunday night, after Jen got off of work, she and I checked out J-Lo in “Maid in Manhattan”; I have to admit….I loved it. I feel dirty.
This week has been exceptionally rough. I can’t even begin to talk about yesterday’s events yet without getting angry. All I can say is that right now, all I am looking forward to is eating dinner and seeing the “Two Towers” tomorrow.
